Thermal control and stability
Inside the Lelit Bianca are dual boilers and PID controls. You can set your boiler temperatures on the electronic control system and trust Bianca to deliver with accuracy. The V3 also heats up more quickly than its previous iteration so you can enjoy your coffee faster in the morning.
Water flow control
One of the most exciting things about the Bianca V3 is its ability to control water flow, either electronically or by using the paddle. This lets you experiment and discover different flavour profiles.
Electronically, you can set the low flow at the beginning as pre-infusion or at end of the extraction, or both. When controlling the flow manually through the paddle, you can keep an eye on the pressure on the manometer on top of the group. The Bianca also eliminates the risk of running out of water during extraction with its Reserve mode, which is automatically activated when you run out of water in the tank.

Lelit Bianca V3
This is an excellent machine, perfect for coffee connoisseurs and for those still figuring it out too. I was lucky to start on this machine as a snob, but as a result of owning it I have learnt so much about espresso brewing, tasting, and all of the important variables you can control with the Bianca. The features I’ve enjoyed most have been the flow control paddle, which has ‘opened me up’ to so many flow profiles and a very certain attention to detail in my tasting; as well as the high pressure steam wand. An awesome buy and totally worth it.

Amazing Machine- good coffee
There was definitely a learning curve for us as novice coffee makers. The team at Alternative Brewing were exceptionally helpful. While we’re still learning the nuances of making an excellent shot, this machine has been easy to learn and create good coffee. Very pleased.

Premium Build Great Value
Very happy with the Lelit Bianca. Heats up quickly, strong steamer and hot water, easy to use, beautiful piece in the kitchen, love the design. If you want to explore more with your shots, you can play with the flow paddle or you can leave it and keep it simple. I think for the price and what you get its great *value for money* Bravo!

Great Coffee Machine for the Ethusiast
If you are an ethusiast on a budget (Appreciating Budget is subjective) that wants more control over their extraction, this is definitely worth a look at. Flow profiling allows you to control your extraction with a much higher level of fidelity and I'm enjoying getting flavours out of my coffee that I couldn't get otherwise. Low flow mode is fantastic for trying new ways of extracting as well. In terms of quality, the machine is well built. Steam is powerful as well. A lot of people talk about the time of any machine in terms of achieving thermal stability - coming from a Bellezza Bellona anything would be a step down here, but I've been surprised how quickly this heats up, including the group head to ensure thermal stability. Finest coffee experience
This is one of the finest coffee experiences I have had. The coffee machine and the Alternate Brewing team have made my coffee experience unforgettable. The coffee machine is exceptional. Lelit Bianca is a fine coffee machine, and it has changed my coffee experience with Alternate Brewing; I got the coffee machine in 2 days and was well transported. I highly recommend both.

The Lelit Bianca V3 espresso machine typically takes around 20-25 minutes to heat up and reach the optimal temperature for brewing espresso.
Lelit espresso machines are designed and made in Italy using the components and the technologies adopted for the professional commercial machines.
The regular tamper size for this machine is 58mm, however you will get the best fit in your portafilter basket by purchasing a 58.5mm tamper.
Backflushing with chemicals should be performed at around every 50 espresso extractions, however, a short water-only backflush should be performed after every use.
